Tina Gibbons - Flower Essence Therapist and Nature Connection Guide
Well-being for mind, body heart and soul with nature as your guide. Hi, I’m Tina, and I work as a nature connection guide, helping people to learn more about the health benefits of spending time in nature and guiding those who would like to deepen their connection with nature for improved wellbeing. I believe passionately that the health of our planet and our emotional health as humans, go hand in hand, and that our reconnection with the natural world is transformational, not just for our own health, but for the health of this beautiful planet we call home too. I have a range of offerings designed to guide, educate, support of connect, depending on your personal relationship with nature and what your needs are:
I also work as a flower essence therapist, to support individuals more deeply on a one to one basis. I hold a compassionate and non-judging therapeutic space, so that clients feel safe to talk about, reflect on and explore emotions, patterns and behaviours that keep them stuck. There is much healing and transformation within the intuitive listening and reflecting that I offer clients, but nature is the healer and the teacher, so I also offer nature connection activities and flower essences to support the transformational process and enable the client to blossom into the fullness of all that they are. |
