During this 6 week experience, you will gain a deeper embodied experience of how nature connection can improve your well-being.

You will be guided through a unique model that helps us all to understand the different ways people relate to nature.
Once we have our established where we are all starting from, you will be guided through an intention setting meditation, before we set off on our journey back to the heart of nature.

Together we will explore stillness & presence, the role of our senses & how we can find meaning, connection & belonging in the natural world.

This journey takes place at West Suffolk Hive over 6 sessions (exc bank hol wknd) and is suitable for anyone looking to gather and explore the ways nature can help to improve well-being. It has also proved extremely popular for forest school teachers, holistic health practitioners or anyone looking to add another dimension to their outdoor work.

Week 1: Introduction to the different ways people interact with nature, exploring the place of Natural Mindfulness & Forest Bathing.
Week 2: Feeling into stillness and presence - working with nature to explore your relationship to stillness and discover ways to bring peace to a busy mind.
Week 3: Awakening the senses
Week 4: Beyond the senses
Week 5: How can we find meaning in nature, exploring stories, myths and personal reflections.
Week 6: Looking at cycles, rhythms, completion and building your own personal forest bathing experience.

Each week will follow a flowing format of:
- Introductions, check-ins
- Topical discussion & sharing
- Guided nature connection meditation
- Invitations to connect with nature in your own time

The group will be kept small, to a maximum of 8 participants, and I am committed to creating a gentle, warm and supportive environment, so that we can connect with each other on this journey and share any insights or feelings we experience along the way.

Testimonials
“it was transformational. Tina has a wonderfully nurturing way of ensuring all group members are held and heard. I have taken what I learnt from Tina and others in the group and incorporated much of it into my daily life. I can thoroughly recommend Cultivating Connections to anyone who is looking to learn more and who wants to experience first hand the improvement in wellbeing which comes from being truly connected with nature. Thanks so much Tina " ~ Lindy Wheeler – Author of The Human Toolbox, Counsellor & Supervisor
